2. DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Yes, the minimum is $150 in products before the shipping cost is added. At checkout, select your country to view the shipping rate. Customs fees are not included; they are determined by your country and must be paid directly to the shipping carrier before they release your package. To save on shipping and duty cost, consider ordering with other artists in your area to split the expense.
3. DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES?
No refunds or exchanges unless your shipment arrives damaged. In that case, I’ll replace it. DM photos and a videos within 48 hours of receiving your order.

8. MY PRODUCTS BROKE, IS THERE A WARRANTY?
Anything can break if not treated with care or if the instructions aren't followed, or due to age. As a small business, I can't replace every broken item, or I would be out of business. Please read the product descriptions and the instructions that come with each item carefully. If you are unsure about something, utilize the AKC Facebook group
9. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Once you place an order, you will immediately receive a confirmation email. All the details will be provided there.
10. MY SHIPMENT NEVER ARRIVE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
I am responsible for sending out your order on time to the address you provided. Once it’s marked as delivered on the carrier’s website, it’s your responsibility to resolve any issues with USPS or UPS, including filing a claim if it’s marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived. Message me and keep me updated on the situation.
