One important thing prior to interacting OR SHOPPING with me is that I am direct, sarcastic, and don’t sugarcoat. if this isn’t your style, There are many other brands for you BUT AKC WILL NOT BE ONE OF THEM.

2. Do you ship Worldwide?

Yes, the minimum is $150 (before the shipping cost). At checkout, select your country to see the shipping rate. Customs fees aren’t included; they are determined by your country and must be paid to the shipping carrier before they release your package. To save on shipping/duty cost, consider ordering with other artists in your area to split the cost.

3. Do you offer refunds or exchanges? 

No. If something arrives damaged, I’ll replace it (DM me photos and a video within 48 hours of receiving your order).

8. My Products broke, is there a WARRANTY?

I always aim to create durable items, but anything can break if not treated carefully. As a small business, if I replaced every broken item, I would be out of business. Please read every product description and the instructions that come with each product before buying and using it. If you are unsure about something, please UTILIZE the AKC Facebook group to get help.

9. When will i RECEIVE my order?

10. My shipment never arrived?

I am responsible for sending out your order on time to the address you have provided. Once it is marked as delivered on the carrier’s website, it is your responsibility to resolve any issues with USPS or UPS, including filing a claim if it is marked as delivered but never arrived.
