2. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONAL?

Yes, with a $150 product minimum (before shipping). Shipping rates show at checkout. Customs fees are your responsibility and are determined by your country’s customs office. To save on shipping and duty cost, consider ordering with other artists in your area to split the expense.

3. CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE ITEMS?

Only if damaged during shipping. Send photos + video within 48 hours via DM.

8. What if my product breaks?

There’s no warranty. Anything can break if it’s handled incorrectly and overtime. Please read all instructions in the product descriptions and on the labels, and handle items with care. If you’re unsure about anything, ask in the AKC Facebook group.

9. WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?

You’ll get a confirmation email with full details right after ordering. Allow 2-3 days to process your order.

10. MY SHIPMENT NEVER ARRIVE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

I am responsible for sending out your order on time to the address you provided. Once it’s marked “delivered” but missing, it’s your responsibility to contact USPS or UPS. Keep me updated on IG.
